Face 2 Face offers parents of children with a disability emotional
support and information around the following issues; health,
education, welfare benefits, support groups, information forums,
other organisations, leisure organisations, young carers support
with a range of activities and trips.
On referral a home visit is arranged to offer the family information and
if required ongoing support, to access other services and / or emotional
support.
