Profile:
Every Face 2 Face befriender
is a mother or father of a disabled child. They know what
it's like to cope with a new diagnosis or navigate their way
around the transition period. They can offer one to one support,
parent to parent.
Befrienders have a
very good local knowledge. Where possible they make every
effort to offer information and sign-posting on a range of
disability services and issues.
The service works closely
with other voluntary and statutory bodies both locally and
nationally.
